Like many of you, I am a SLIS grad student at SJSU who is also working towards my MLIS. After 5 semesters, I am halfway through the program...at a slow and steady part-time pace. For the past 5 years, I have been working as a library media tech in two of our high school libraries for a local school district and am also interested in exploring Youth librarianship in the public sector as well. With the new shift in technological advances and the changing needs of library users, I am especially excited to learn more about the concepts of Web 2.0 along with Library 2.0 and how to apply these tools and social software in our libraries.

ReplyDeleteOops...sorry about the deleted post. But that is an adorable picture! I'm also a Corgi-lover! However, like you, I have yet to adopt a little Corgi of my own. I live in an apartment, so it's a bit difficult to find places that will accept dogs. And my plans to relocate frequently also put a crimp in my Corgi longings. I content myself with drooling over other people's adorable pets! lol :D
